February 6, 2023I am booked into a 2 bedroom at Bay Lake in May. After watching this I thought I would check if there is availability at other resorts. Have been watching the circle spin for 30 minutes just to check availability.

February 6, 2023Not just DVC, but Disney in general. If you ever read Keys the Kingdom – a great book – you will see that Disney has slipped considerably.. I know it is a business, but Disney is no longer customer focused, but profit focused. I am sure they made more money percentage wise when they were customer focused.

February 6, 2023I too have seen a decline in room “Disney Feel”, Funiture is utilitarian, and the lighting is common. Where are the Disney pictures/prints on the walls? Where are the Disney touches? Bay Lake Tower should be, by definition is modern. It lacks Disney modern motif.
