September 28, 2020The problem stems from the fact that Disney for the first time in it’s history has to accept the fact that they are losing money at WDW. I don’t just mean on paper, but for real!!!. All those months of zero income, was certainly something they or anybody could have imagined. They need to hire people that can fix the problem, because they have done it with other businesses that have faced similar problems. Maybe not on as large of scale, but the same problems.

September 28, 2020DVC never offered any members help on continuing our payments on points and our monthly maintenance fee..when we couldn’t even come to Disney..it almost makes us want to sell off our points…
