What would happen if you gave up complete control of your day at Epic Universe and let fellow theme park fans make every decision? That’s exactly what we did.
Before heading to Universal Orlando’s newest theme park, we asked the DVC Fan community to build our itinerary from start to finish. Every major choice was up for a vote, including attractions, dining, character encounters, and even where we would shop for souvenirs. Once the votes were in, we committed to following the community’s picks, no matter where they took us.
The result was a day filled with surprises, plenty of laughs, and a few decisions that challenged our usual park strategy. Some of the community’s selections turned out to be absolute home runs, introducing us to experiences we might have overlooked otherwise. Others had us wondering if we’d make the same choice on our next visit.
Whether the community managed to create the ultimate Epic Universe itinerary or sent us on a few questionable detours, the experience proved just how much fun it can be to let someone else take the reins for a day.
