Disney Vacation Club has released a new set of direct purchase incentives for the 2022 Holiday Season! New and Current Members can take advantage of savings at The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Aulani, Disney Vacation Club Villas, Ko Olina, Hawaiʻi, and Disney’s Riviera Resort.
As always, the Holiday Season tends to be one of the best times to purchase Disney Vacation Club, and this year is no exception! Amazing incentives are being offered for Grand Floridian and Aulani, but they will not last long as a $10 per point price increase is coming to these properties and Disney’s Riviera Resort on December 4th, 2022!
New and existing members looking to put a contract under the tree this year will want to act fast to take advantage of these deals.

Grand Floridian Villas Current Member Savings
First off, let’s take a look at the incentives being offered to existing DVC Members for the new Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Base pricing for the Grand Floridian currently sits at $207 per point but will increase to $217 per point on December 4th, negating most of these incentives. At least for a short few weeks, there are some excellent opportunities to add-on more points at Grand Floridian with these deals that run through January 18th, 2023:

The head-scratcher with these winter incentives is what is up with Disney’s Riviera Resort? There definitely appears to be a push to sell Aulani and Grand Floridian since these incentives are significantly decreased for Riviera as compared to the last round of late-Fall numbers.
