Online member bookings for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel are now available via the Disney Vacation Club Member website!
Disneyland Hotel owners can now book reservations within their home resort 7-11 month window online. All eligible Members can also book reservations within the 0-7 Month booking window.
Initial Disneyland Hotel DVC Availability
As of around 7am, EST this morning, the Disney Vacation Club member website was down for maintenance ahead of online booking for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel.
When 8am, EST came and went, there we were, staring at a blank white screen on the Disney Vacation Club website, without even the consolation of an image of Olaf tossing his head in amusement!
Online booking went live around 8:40am, EST and we took a quick look at availability for the resort’s first three months:
- For all eligible members, the first date possible to book is opening day, September 28th, 2023; however, no availability exists for The Villas at Disneyland Hotel’s opening weekend.
- With only two Grand Villas available at Disneyland Hotel, this accommodation was unavailable throughout the entire 11-month booking window.
- Another extremely popular time appears to be January 11th – 14th during the Disneyland Half Marathon, which has no availability for all categories that weekend.
- With 253 Deluxe Studios accounting for the bulk of the resort’s inventory, it is not surprising that this category has some of the best availability heading into October and beyond.
It’s important to note that Disneyland Hotel will have the same booking restrictions as Riviera. This will apply to ownership interests purchased on the secondary market after January 19th, 2019. Owners who purchased before that time will not be affected by these restrictions.
Transient taxes will also apply to all point bookings at The Villas at Disneyland Hotel, with these amounts due at the time of check-in.
For those who booked with cash for the grand opening weekend, the odds seem slim of finding point availability for your dates, but it is certainly worth trying. It is likely there will be a lot of cash bookings dropping off as members are able to secure reservations with points.
