Given the time of year, I’ve basically been in a constant state of refreshing the Disney Vacation Club Moonlight Magic website, looking for any sign of additional 2026 dates or the 2027 schedule, which is typically released around this time of year.
Earlier this week, I decided to poke around some of the old registration queue pages from previous Moonlight Magic events. Somehow, I stumbled across what appeared to be a semi-staged version of a new online registration queue specifically tied to Fall 2026 Moonlight Magic.
When I initially found the page, the queue was configured to begin on Friday, September 25. Since then, the registration time has been updated and is now set to begin on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.
AND – At the time I originally published this article, we did not have the actual event dates… Now we do!
Additional 2026 DVC Moonlight Magic Dates
The late 2026 Moonlight Magic schedule appears to include:
EPCOT: Thursday, October 15, 2026
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park: Monday, November 30, 2026
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park: Tuesday, December 22, 2026
It is important to note that, as of this update, Disney Vacation Club has not officially announced or confirmed these additional dates.
Still, combined with the Fall 2026 registration queue we previously uncovered, all of the pieces are beginning to come together.
The EPCOT date is an especially interesting addition. When I first stumbled across the Fall registration queue, I joked that my mind immediately went to the possibility of a holiday Moonlight Magic event at EPCOT.
Well, I did get EPCOT, just not quite during Festival of the Holidays.
October 15th, however, does fall during the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival, which means food coupons for food booths! I’ll chalk that up as a win.
The two later events return to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, which has traditionally been home to many of Disney Vacation Club’s late year Moonlight Magic events.
In 2025, DVC added three late season Animal Kingdom events on October 29, November 18 and December 15, so the return of Animal Kingdom in November and December 2026 certainly fits the pattern we have seen in recent years.
The December 22 date is particularly notable simply because of how close it falls to Christmas. If confirmed, that would give DVC Members visitng for the holidays a Moonlight Magic event just three days before Christmas Day.
What About Moonlight Magic in 2027?
That remains the other big question.
We still do not have any Moonlight Magic dates for 2027, but this is traditionally around the time of year when Disney Vacation Club begins revealing the schedule for the following year.
Given that these additional Fall 2026 dates now appear to be surfacing, I continue to expect news about the 2027 DVC Moonlight Magic schedule very soon.
For now, remember that these additional 2026 dates have not yet been officially confirmed by Disney Vacation Club.
