Disney Vacation Club America’s 250th Meet & Treat Announced for July 2026

Celebrate America’s 250th birthday with a special Disney Vacation Club Member event this summer! Disney Vacation Club has announced a patriotic Meet & Treat experience at Disney’s BoardWalk, giving eligible Members the opportunity to enjoy festive treats, dance along to patriotic tunes, and meet favorite Disney Characters as part of Membership Magic.

When and Where Is the 2026 DVC America’s 250th Meet & Treat?

This limited-time Disney Vacation Club event will take place inside the Atlantic Dance Hall at Disney’s BoardWalk at Walt Disney World Resort. The celebration is designed to help kick off the Fourth of July holiday weekend as Disney Celebrates America and the 250th anniversary of the United States.

  • Wednesday, July 1, 2026
  • Thursday, July 2, 2026

Event Hours

  • 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Eastern Time

To allow as many Members as possible to participate, only one event date will be available per Membership.

What Can Members Expect?

Eligible Members can enjoy a festive red, white, and blue dance party atmosphere while interacting with favorite Disney Characters and enjoying a special treat. The event is being offered as part of Disney Vacation Club’s Membership Magic program and provides another opportunity for Members to enjoy exclusive experiences during their Walt Disney World vacation.

While Disney has not announced specific characters or treat offerings, attendees can expect a patriotic celebration themed around America’s 250th birthday.

Who Is Eligible to Attend?

Attendance is available to eligible Disney Vacation Club Members who meet the following requirements:

  • Must qualify for Membership Extras benefits
  • Must have a qualifying reservation booked through their eligible Membership
  • Must be staying at a Disney-owned and operated hotel at Walt Disney World Resort in Florida or Disney’s Vero Beach Resort on one of the event dates

Party Size Limits

Each eligible Member may bring:

  • Up to four guests per Membership Card, or
  • The number of guests listed on their Resort reservation

Do Members Need to Register?

No advance registration is required for the America’s 250th Meet & Treat.

However, attendance is available on a first-come, first-served basis and remains subject to venue capacity limitations.

Important Information Before You Go

Check In Requirements

Members must present:

  • A valid Disney Vacation Club Digital Membership Card
  • A valid photo ID

The Member listed on the Digital Membership Card must be present to attend.

Digital Membership Card Reminder

Disney Vacation Club recommends adding your Digital Membership Card to your mobile device’s digital wallet before arriving at the event. Using a temporary Membership Card will not speed up the check in process.

Capacity Limits

Once the venue reaches capacity, arriving Members and guests may be asked to wait for admission. Guests may enter as space becomes available when other attendees leave the event.

Please note that the waiting line may close before the scheduled ending time of 1:00 PM depending on demand.

Guests Under 18

All attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating parent or legal guardian.

Transportation and Parking

There is no Resort parking available for this event. Members are strongly encouraged to use Walt Disney World transportation to travel to Disney’s BoardWalk.
