If you’re not headed to Anaheim, California, for D23 this week but still want to follow all of the biggest Disney Parks news, Disney just made things much easier.
Disney has announced that “Horizons: A Carousel of Progress,” its major Disney Experiences presentation at D23, will stream live on Disney+ beginning Saturday, August 15, at 7 p.m. PT, or 10 p.m. ET.
Hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, the presentation will feature Disney Experiences Chairman Thomas Mazloum alongside several leaders from Walt Disney Imagineering. Disney says fans can expect project updates, first looks, new concept artwork and renderings, behind-the-scenes stories, and additional details about projects currently in development across Walt Disney World, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, and Disney destinations around the world.

For Disney Parks fans, this is shaping up to be one of the biggest news events of the year.
Many of the projects first announced at D23 in 2024 are now moving deeper into design and construction, so we’re especially interested to see how much new information Disney shares about timelines, attraction details, and what might be coming next.
And for DVC Members, there is always the possibility that these announcements could have a major impact on future vacations, resort demand, and how we plan our trips to Walt Disney World and Disneyland.
DVC Fan Will Be at D23 in Person
This will also be a special D23 for us because it’s our first year attending the event in person, and we’re incredibly excited to be in Anaheim covering the news as it happens.
Then, after we’ve had a chance to process everything Disney announces, we’ll be hosting a live episode of The DVC Show on Sunday morning at 10 a.m. ET.
We’ll unpack the biggest announcements, talk through what surprised us, discuss what matters most for Disney Vacation Club Members, and share our reactions after experiencing D23 firsthand.
