Lakeshore Lodge Prices and Riviera’s Approaching Sellout
Disney’s Lakeshore Lodge is preparing for its July 1, 2027 opening, and the first cash reservation prices are giving Disney Vacation Club Members an early look at what a stay at Disney’s newest resort could cost.
With accommodations ranging from smaller studios to expansive multi bedroom villas and cabins, there’s plenty to discuss about pricing, value, and what Members can expect from this highly anticipated resort.
Meanwhile, Disney’s Riviera Resort is now 95% sold, according to Disney Vacation Club’s October 2026 announcement. That puts Riviera in the final stretch of its active sales cycle, raising questions about when the resort might officially sell out and what that means for Members considering adding Riviera points.

Keys to Kindness 2026: Supporting Give Kids The World Village
Beyond the latest resort news, we’re kicking off something especially meaningful to the DVC Fan community!
Our 2026 Keys to Kindness campaign benefits Give Kids The World Village, a nonprofit resort in Central Florida that provides weeklong, cost free vacations to children with critical illnesses and their families.
Joining us for the conversation is special guest Alysha McDonald, who helps share why this mission is so important and how our community can get involved.
